Katsion officially headed the board of Oschadbank

Oschadbank Yuriy Katsion, former Deputy Chairman of the Board for Corporate Business, officially took over after his candidacy was approved by the National Bank of Ukraine. This is stated in the in the message bank.

"In his new role, Yuriy Katsion will ensure the consistent implementation of Oschadbank's five-year strategy," said Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank.

Oschadbank's strategy until 2028 envisages business support, cooperation with international partners, expanding access to financial services, and strengthening the bank's resilience in the context of war and recovery.

Katsion himself has been working at Oschadbank since 2001 and has over 27 years of experience in the banking sector. He is a graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in banking investment management and has participated in the implementation of investment projects.

  • Pravex Bank, part of the Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, has been operating since January 1 the new chairman took over. Semen Babayev has been appointed as the new chairman of the board. He replaces Gianluca Corrias, who had been leading the bank since 2023. This was announced by the bank's press service.
